By using perfectpictures.co or ordering from Perfect Picture Technology Solutions, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide photo and video editing and related services as described on our Services pages. Final scope is confirmed with you before regular work begins.
Orders
Orders should include clear instructions and the required files. We may accept or decline any order. Changes after an order is confirmed may affect the cost and delivery time.
Free trial
New clients and companies can send up to 5 images for a free trial. One trial per client/company, with no obligation to continue.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown are starting rates in USD. Final pricing depends on image complexity, video length, turnaround and special instructions, and is confirmed before work starts. We accept PayPal; other methods are confirmed during onboarding.
The free trial needs no payment. For paid work, payment terms are agreed with you before work starts. We send an invoice after delivery, or weekly/monthly for regular clients, and payment is due within the time stated on the invoice. We may pause new orders while an invoice is overdue.
Turnaround
Turnaround times shown are estimates and depend on volume and complexity. Video timelines are confirmed per project. Rush delivery is available on request. Delays can happen because of technical issues, high volume or incomplete instructions.
Revisions
Changes that follow your original instructions are free if requested within 7 days of delivery. New instructions or major changes after delivery may be charged separately. If you are unhappy with a result, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to put it right through revisions.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or have the right to use and edit the files you send.
- You are responsible for permissions relating to people or property shown in your files.
- Files should be of usable quality. We are not responsible for issues caused by poor-quality input files.
- Virtually staged, renovated or otherwise altered images must be disclosed as required by local law and listing-platform rules. This is your responsibility.
Ownership and confidentiality
You keep ownership of your files and the edited results. We keep your files confidential and will only show your work publicly with your permission.
Website content
All original text, logos, graphics, and other content on this website are owned by Perfect Picture Technology Solutions, our clients, or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reused, or republished without permission or applicable rights.
Liability
We work carefully but services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
